I had a small issue with my order i was half ready to cancel and look somewhere else if it turned into a headache. I emailed Guitar Salon, and they got back to me quickly, actually knew what they were talking about, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking a couple of basic questions.

The guitar showed up safely and was exactly as described, so no complaints there. Overall they were really easy and pleasant to deal with, and as long as that stays the norm, I’d be happy to buy from them again.

So, first impression... the guitar sounds good. Better than I expected, honestly. I played around with it for a bit and liked the tone. But then I noticed the finish had a few small scratches on it. Nothing huge, not a dealbreaker, just kind of disappointing when it’s new. Overall, decent guitar. Just wish it had arrived looking a little cleaner.

I had to return my order, it was handled really fairly. No hassle, no back-and-forth, and the refund came through quickly. Can’t ask for much more than that.

The whole ordering process was easy. Checkout went through without any hassle, and that’s mainly what I care about when buying online. I do wish the shipping updates had come a little faster, but I don’t think that’s me being too picky, I just like knowing where my stuff is once I’ve paid for it. Overall though, it was a solid experience.

I always kind of brace myself for surprises with stuff like this, but nope, opened it up, checked it over, got briefly distracted by the packaging, then realized everything was exactly as described. No complaints here.

The guitar itself was fine when it finally showed up, but the shipping was frustrating. I felt like I was constantly waiting around and checking for updates, and the tracking didn’t really help much. It arrived later than they said it would, which was annoying since I was already short on time. Overall, not the best experience

I’m a little mixed up on the timeline, because I can’t remember if the repair was finished that same week or the next, but either way the setup came out great. It plays perfectly now and feels way better than before.

They definitely have some really nice guitars, don’t get me wrong. I just felt like the selection in the mid-price range was a little limited, or maybe I missed something? There seemed to be a lot of higher-end stuff, which is great, but it wasn’t really what I was looking for. The site was easy to browse overall. I’d say it was an okay experience, I just wish there were more options for buyers who aren’t going all-in on the expensive gear

I’m the kind of person who zooms in on photos and checks tiny specs twice, so that helped.

Shipping was reasonable too, and the total at checkout didn’t suddenly jump in a way that made me annoyed. I’d probably give it 4 stars because a couple of the accessories seemed a bit pricey for what they were, but overall I felt like the value was solid. I’d definitely check them again next time.

I usually judge customer support by a simple rule: if they answer clearly and I don’t have to chase them, I’m happy. They did get back to me and the replies were good, just a little slower than I’d hoped

I ordered from guitarsalon.com and honestly... I was a little nervous about having a guitar shipped. But when it showed up, I could tell right away the packaging was really solid.

The case was wrapped up well, there was plenty of padding in the box, and nothing felt like it had been sliding around in there. No dents, no crushed corners... nothing sketchy at all.
It really seemed like someone took the time to pack it carefully instead of just tossing it in a box. Definitely made me feel good about the order... very happy with how it arrived.
